Market Research Cloud Platform Wins 2020 Comparably Award Best Company for Diversity

SANTA MONICA, Calif., December 17, 2020 — Fuel Cycle Inc., the leading market research cloud for Fortune 500 companies is recognized by the 2020 Comparably Awards in the category “Best Company for Diversity.”

This set of Comparably Awards are derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com during a 12-month period. There were no fees or costs associated with participating, nor was nomination required to qualify. The final data set was compiled from 10 million ratings across 60,000 U.S. companies large and small.

“Diversity and inclusion, which are the real grounds for creativity, always remain at the center of what we do. When we listen to and celebrate what is both common and different, we become a wiser and better organization. We have a very diverse environment and a very inclusive culture, and these are the very characteristics that got us through tough times. Diversity generated a better strategy, better debates, and better outcomes,” said Setareh Motamedi, Vice President of Marketing at Fuel Cycle.

Fuel Cycle’s dedication to providing employees with great company culture stems from an initiative to provide equal opportunity regardless of race or gender. Each employee is regarded for their individual strengths as thinkers who aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo, which is what moves the needle forward in today’s age. At Fuel Cycle, regardless of department, every team member drives toward our vision with the understanding that it is a collective goal.
