Fuel Cycle Introduces FC Live: The First Video IDI Solution Created for Mobile Research

Completely integrated into Fuel Cycle Communities, FC Live enables researchers to create and schedule several interviews in a matter of minutes to connect with respondents on both mobile and desktop devices at a depth and scale not currently available on the market.

FC Live’s analytics are supported by a robust integration with partner Voxpopme. Recorded FC Live videos leverage the Voxpopme platform for advanced and scalable video analysis, including transcription and sentiment analysis, as well as video editing to easily create compelling highlight reels. Because of the deep integration with Fuel Cycle’s Profile Maps, researchers can easily combine segmentation data with completed interviews to create the most robust video analysis solution available to insights professionals.

Forthcoming enhancements to FC Live include focus group capabilities for multiple respondents and screen sharing on desktops and mobile devices.
