FUEL CYCLE is excited to announce the newest member to our growing team. With almost 18 years of experience in market research, Matt Worden is our latest expert and sales director. In the past 7 years alone, he’s helped over 50 major corporations understand and maximize their use of online communities and place customer dialogue, engagement, and insights at the heart of their organization.

Previously, Matt worked for Vision Critical, a customer intelligence platform, where he gained firsthand experience into an online community space. He says what excites him about working at FUEL CYCLE is the focus on innovation, “In just my first weeks at FUEL CYCLE, I’ve seen many accomplishments in platform improvements and extensions. It’s wonderful to see an organization that isn’t afraid to embrace new technologies and makes them immediately accessible to clients.” His confidence in helping clients use the platform to their potential is what inspires him to work in the insights industry. “I see the gap between brands and clients being closed through an intimate investment into the voice of the customer.” He continues, “At FUEL CYCLE, I am selling a premium product that allows businesses to engage and learn from their customers.”

Matt is a native New Yorker who has had the chance to work with large-brand names, specifically in media and CPG. Those companies include Viacom, NBCUniversal, Meredith, Lucasfilm, Conde Nast, Turner Broadcasting, Kimberly Clark, Johnson & Johnson, and Kellogg’s.
