What is your favorite thing about your job?
My favorite thing about my job is the excitement that I find when coming up with new strategies for brands. We are continuously discovering information here at FUEL CYCLE, from market research to community engagement, the possibilities are endless.
How would you describe yourself in 3 words?
Enthusiastic, Inquisitive, & Passionate
What’s your favorite brand and why?
De Beers – they have created a brand that has the power to define social norms, for example: creating the standards that a wedding ring should cost a minimum of 3 months salary.
What does community mean to you?
Community is more than a place for feedback. It’s an environment that you can show your customer that you truly care about them and that they provide incredible value to your organization.
What is your #1 tip for other CS teams?
Community can be used for anything. Don’t stop at customer feedback, there are uncountable insights to discover.
