He brings over 15 years of experience in customer-facing account management, technology training, and executing quantitative and qualitative research in the areas of consumer behavior, media and politics. Prior to his current role, Johnny taught Sociology at various colleges. He holds a B.A. in Gender & Women's Studies and M.A. in Sociology from CSU Northridge.
