  • Recruitment plans are carefully reviewed and approved by an experienced Audience Experience Manager and Strategist. 
  • Long-term audience quality plans are mapped out for 3, 6, 9, and 12 months to ensure sustainability and scalability.

Invitation & List Quality
  • Email Address Validation: Prior to recruiting from email lists, all email addresses are rated for deliverability and reputation. 
    • “Good” tags: Approved for recruitment. 
    • “Moderate” tags: Require additional review by our experts. 
    • “Bad” tags: Automatically excluded to prevent fraud. 
  • Soft Launches: Conducted in 1–2 rounds to optimize conversion rates before the full launch.

  • Fraud flags are set to monitor reward redemptions, including: 
  • Recipients outside designated countries. 
  • Devices/accounts with multiple emails. 
  • Previously blocked recipients or those on the Tremendous fraud list.
