President & CEO

Eran has more than 20 years’ experience in business management, strategy, planning and execution, international marketing, strategic sales and channel development. Under his leadership, Fuel Cycle has become one of the first insight platforms to combine online communities, product exchanges, panels, and more to power real-time business decisions. He’s also a Managing Partner at Scopus Ventures, has a BS in Industrial Engineering from University of Coventry, England, an MBA from the University of Lund, Sweden and attends the OPM Program at Harvard Business School.

Arnaud Gregori

CFO

Arnaud Gregori is the CFO of Fuel Cycle where as a member of the executive team he provides leadership in business strategies and management of financial resources to ensure the achievement of the company’s plans and objectives, with a strong focus on growth and profitability. Arnaud Gregori also serves as the COO of Scopus Ventures, an early stage VC firm based in Los Angeles. Throughout his career, Arnaud was involved in several start-ups in various industries as founder, investor and executive.

Rick Kelly

CPO

Rick Kelly is the Chief Product Officer at Fuel Cycle. Rick has been with the company since May 2014 and headed multiple departments in both its NYC and LA offices. Prior to his tenure at Fuel Cycle, he held roles at First Opinion, a medical technology company, taught political science at BYU-Idaho, and worked at Survey Sampling International. Rick holds an MS in Political Science from Utah State University and an MBA from The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

Sr. VP, Customer Development

As Fuel Cycle’s SVP, of Customer Development, Polly oversees our Customer Success, Community Management and Account Directors Teams. She has 20 years of experience in the consumer insights industry, building and leading high performing sales and operational teams with a expertise in the design, development and delivery of systems, processes and organizational infrastructures. Polly’s ambition for the Fuel Cycle delivery team is to be our customers’ vendor of choice, to bring our customers appropriate solutions and help them achieve success in solving their customer, user experience and insights challenges.

Michael Kissen

VP, Sales

As Vice President of Sales, Mike oversees all new business growth performance and new business sales teams at Fuel Cycle. He has over 14 years of successful sales experience, including leading business development organizations, channel sales teams, and topping the charts as the top-performing enterprise sales director while supporting Fuel Cycle as an individual contributor. Mike attended San Diego State University and enjoys wine tasting near his home in Temecula with his mini-corgi Jake.

Kevin Row

VP, Research & Insights

Kevin Row is the Associate Vice President of Research & Insights at Fuel Cycle. His background conducting large-scale research initiatives for US Government Agencies and Fortune 500 companies drew him to Fuel Cycle in 2015, where he led the Client Success team while specializing in research for Retail, CPG, Technology, and Healthcare customers. In his current role, Kevin leads the Research & Insights division, focused on solving the clients’ most difficult challenges through Fuel Cycle’s experience management cloud. Kevin studied Psychology and Communication at USC.

Alireza Soukhakian

VP, Research & Development

With over 15 years of experience in the software engineering field Alireza has held key roles as a software developer, lead architect and now his current role as VP of Engineering. Alireza has been with the company since 2013 and prior to Fuel Cycle, Alireza’s roles with a leading social network and media streaming platform allowed him to bring valuable skill sets to design and develop high traffic and scalable web applications. Alireza built his team from the ground up and enjoys recruiting top talent to drive the Fuel Cycle mission. 

Patrick Ip

VP, Product Marketing

Patrick Ip is the Vice President of Product Marketing at Fuel Cycle. Patrick is an ex-Googler and 2x CEO and Co-Founder of two venture-backed start-ups. He’s been featured on Forbes 30 Under 30, and twice nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. Prior, Patrick was the CEO of Catalog, which raised $3.1M to help brands use software to seamlessly design and order visual content. In his current role, Patrick focuses on go-to-market for new products and leads the Solutions team, which is focused on improving automated insights for our clients. 

Chad Peshak

VP, People

Chad is Fuel Cycle’s Vice President of People in charge of leading the company’s culture, talent development and people initiatives. Prior to his time at Fuel Cycle, Chad had led the HR team at other startups in Los Angeles, building out people plans and operations to enable growth and scale.  He has a wealth of experience in the technology industry as one of the first participants in the HR Leadership Program at Microsoft and managing global HR teams and programs at Electronic Arts and Oracle in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Chad received his Bachelor’s in Business from Wake Forest University and holds a Master’s in Human Resources from Cornell University.
